What counts as a query?
One question to the Knowledge Search Agent, from any channel or the API. Follow-up messages in the same conversation count as separate queries.
What counts as an agent run?
One execution of an Enterprise Agent, from trigger to completion, regardless of how many steps or tool calls it takes.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Everyone in your company can use the agents. You pay for the work the platform does.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Team and Enterprise plans can be invoiced annually with a discount; Enterprise pricing is volume-based.
What about implementation?
Team plans include onboarding calls. Enterprise plans include agent build-out by our engineers — typically 2–5 weeks from kickoff to production.
Which models do you use, and where does data go?
Agents route to the best model for the task. Data is processed in EU regions; model providers are used under zero-data-retention terms, and EU-hosted models or your own model provider deployment are available. See the security page.
