Email

Each workspace has an inbound address, ask@<workspace>.brewmycode.email, that members can write to from their work email. The agent replies with a cited answer; the sender's identity is verified by DKIM and matched to the workspace user.

Agents can also deliver results by email — a compiled report, a summary of exceptions, a daily digest — using the email.send tool with the recipients set in the agent's configuration.

Shared mailboxes (invoices@, support@) can be connected as sources and as triggers for agents.
